I recently completed this for Apartment Life The Renaissance is a two building luxury apartment complex with a corner Coffee Bar. The Penthouse Building on the left is a larger and more upscale residence. It has a large three bedroom all on one level, and a 4 bdrm duplex The Walk up is older but was converted to an elevator building. It is a smaller and cozier building with (2) One bedroom apartments. The top apartment has a roof loft which can be used for another room or entertaining.
