...Coming August 8th to TSR. For awhile, this 60 x 60 lot was considered to be extremely hard to sell, primarily because of the size, and the pond that was located almost in the exact middle, which was unusual. Instead of putting the home on either side of the pond, the builder got bold and built the ENTIRE home over the pond! When word got out about what the builder was going to do, the home was sold even before it was built. This magnificent house soon became known around the neighborhood as The Home Over The Pond, and the envy of the neighbors.
