Hard to say IMO.  I assume you're writing of love and a desire to tell this particular story.  If that is the case, then you shouldn't worry because the people who love the story will continue to read it regardless.  If you're writing for comments and views, then ... yes, a lot of it is going to go over people's heads (I get the distinct feeling that a lot of the one-and-done commentators are fairly young, or looking for an unchallenging story to read and forget about).  But as I'm almost positive that you are not writing solely to garner feedback, I can only tell you to keep writing and wish you Godspeed!

Hi Margo, I am back with my simming at last, have finally managed to organise some time, now just have to organise my housework and playtime with my children.   Thankyou for the comment on the baby on my facebook profile. That is my son Justin, I put it on there in celebration of his 7th birthday last tuesday 9th. Don't know where the time goes. I will get on and read the rest of the chapters in your story, probably some tonight. I am still catching up on stories from 2006, some are really good, and some aren't so good, but I think it's the work and effort that the people put into their stories and snapshots that counts.   I am busy coming up with ideas for the children's books I aim to publish in the future, as well as dreaming up new stories for sims, One of the stories I aim to do is a snippit of a book I am going to write soon based on my childhood fantasies, except it will only be a very basic telling, so as not to run the risk of having my work released by someone else.   Tak care of yourself, I will keep in touch.

Margo dear!  I just happen to like that photo of Rosalind ... she's always scowling, it endears her to me   I actually do like skull cap very much IRL, but I can't wear them now because my dreadlocks are so thick!   If I can get a RL cold-weather photo of me that I like, I'll change the avatar again.  Have a beautiful day!

(((Margo)))  I have been reading tons of your stories, but not commenting on a lot of them because I'm so far behind and feel silly posting feedback late. I guess late is better than never, though. I've been going directly to the storytelling tab and trying to catch new stuff, then selecting specific authors to back-track. Your stories are VERY interesting because I've noticed characters from one storyline seem to show up in a completely different storyline. That is so cool!   I'm keeping notes of how storytellers seem to work so I can learn how to do it faster. I am also developing a legacy (if that is the right term) history to tell stories from several inter-related sims' points of view. I have started out with Archie and Dina, my mega-screenshot project hero and heroine. I hope it works out!!!!!

I absolutely love all your stories and there are so many! It has taken time to read then all. I don't see how you come up with them; creativity I guess. I have finished my storyline and made a list of screenshots I need to go with the dialog. That may be the wrong way to go about the process, but with experience, I'll learn.  I found a work-around for my mummy problem through trial and error this weekend and am going to work on getting those screenies I need today. I plan to submit a story to TSR tonight or tomorrow and sincerely want your feedback (even if you need to PM me with advice ; I'll take it any way I can.)

Thanks for the sympathy. You are beginning to see a pattern?   This is the story of my life; get something started with high expectations, and then the pitfalls strike. I'm doggedly hanging in there, and working around the problems as best I can. I left a comment on freddie's guestbook that my first real submission may have to be about the mummies my sims are all turning into instead of the vampires they were promised in the new EP.   Your work is inspirational, and I'm not giving up yet!

Actually the only story I have read by Stepanie Myers was The Host, and as for the bad "guy" being the woman, I can't really divulge anything as it would ruin a little of the storyline But I am glad you are enjoying the story! and thank you for your comments

A HUGE LOL@ your comments on my gb! I often wonder if writer's plan everything out or fly by the seat of their pants! (or a little of both!) Actually, as I read your last two chapters I figured out why I like them so much. They remind me of a really good soap opera like Coronation Street. NOT about rich people or extraordinary people. But about real people and real lives. AND it's still INTERESTING! (More interesting really b/c it's so real!) I hope you understand what I mean. I do NOT think your stories are silly like most soap operas. I feel like these are real (well, as real as sims can be!) lives. In fact, the other day I was taking screenshots in my game and many of the shots had the sim boy looking resentfully at his parents who were playing with his baby sisters. I immediately thought of Mattie and his own situation! Thankfully, there is no ferry service to the lighthouse island in my game! LOL Have a lovely warm weekend!!
