Hello, Margo! I hope you are well. I just wanted to keep you updated on the Sim writing magazine, which I submitted 4 months ago. I have tried contacting the  TSR people, but still no reply.. I somehow have doubts as to whether people will actually read it.. due to this new magazine (?) which has just come out.   How are your holidays coming along? Have a great summer! Hugs, Ros.

Good morning dear Margo, just dropping in with another cup of morning coffee to thank you for your lovely words I found this morning. Oh, how I missed that the last weeks! (But I knew - if I would visit TSR I'd lose at least two hours a day. But no preasure now ) I loved to read the chapters of the Hunter Twins that are out already and found the other two chapters. These are my sweets for today! This day will become a wonderful summer's day - I know. When I was out with the dogs I could smell it. It is so wonderful if you can just put a gown on and go out and the air is warm. I visited my roses and enjoyed their scent. I love roses and I love to look at a beautiful rose but it's no real rose if it has no scent - and my old English Roses have a wonderful scent! Have a great day my dear Margo - I think you won't have to work as much as usual as the whole world is watching soccer? So enjoy and relax! Many hugs and kisses from Jeanie.

Ah, your reply brought the sunshine to my heart again! After your experiences now I know that one rat isn't a thing at all ... (and well, at '48 you were glad if you had something to eat for yourself and your children, so no chance to feed a dog ... )  And about retired hubbies - shared pain is half pain Now I already can laugh about it. And you're totally right - I don't want to miss him. It's a really strange thing with that love that doesn't care ... Thank your for that!

Good morning dear Margo, had to laugh out loud when I read your answer. Yes, I know how it is to be married to a "collector". I want to get rid of things and he brings home other things. It's nearly the only thing we are arguing about. As he does the shopping now it's getting worse. He buys to much. Too much of fruit, too much of meat, too much of bread and so on. I have to throw away the spoilt edibles behind his back. He already ruined the stomach of Ajax who is eating everthing he can get, because hubby is still thinking dogs can eat everything. So I get up early in the morning to have a look in the fridge before he's up. It's really bad. I do hope it will be better - but it takes time. The last days he was busy with tidying up his room where he stores all the tools. And I don't know how - he left the door to the cellar open. I told you we had water in the basement and there must be a tiny hole to the drain system somewhere. Did you hear my scream his morning - I'm sure you could hear it! When I went to the livingroom I wondered why there was still a toy rat of my dog lying at the door and wanted to take it away when it became alive ... *shivvver* Thanks god my Terrier heard me screeming and was at my side even before hubby was there.  Though she never ever was allowed to kill anything she killed in less than a second. And I can tell you - I was sooo thankful for that! My poor baby-cats could have been hurt. Now the livingroom is closed and I won't let anybody - if two-legged or four-legged - in before I've washed everything in there. Dotty was already sniffling on the sofas in a very ominous way so I fear the rat had walked over it. It was, it is sooo disgusting! So we still have a lot of work with communication ahead. Office is not the same as being at home. And I have to admit I never thought it would be that hard. Every time I think it will be better there is another action I can't understand. But I have to be thankful at the same time that he's retired - if not I would have been all alone at home at 7.45 am - with the dead rat. So he put it away. I wanted to do some laundry and things like that this morning, but now I'm here at my pc - in my safe study. As I didn't touch the rat I dare to hug and kiss you, my dear - Jeanie, still upset ...

My dear Margo, here I am again after nearly a month of absence. I knew I would face busy days but I didn't think it would be so bad. There were the last examinations of my son and his graduation ceremony and the prom and of course his sisters came to join them - so I had full house and a lot of work. Then my hubby thought it would be nice to throw a garden party and he rushed me around for nearly two weeks - it was terrible! While he was preparing the garden - cutting each single blade of grass with nail scissors - we had heavy thunderstorms and my basement was under water. So many things dirty or spoiled or unusable. So I had to do a lot with tidy up this mess - and I'm not ready yet. The best: When the day came it was so cold and so rainy that we had to change the date of the Party to September. Noone enjoyes a garden party with rain and a temperature of 11 °C!!! And my house is too small to give place to nearly 60 guests and a band ... So after that I decided I'm on vacation now. No matter that I won't leave the house - my vacation will be sitting here, visiting TSR, playing Ambitions for the first time and be lazy in the garden! So, that's my short report of the last month - it can't get worse only better! (Sometimes I wanted to tell my dear husband if he wouldn't go back to office, pleeeease! ) Of course I brought some lovely Latte Macchiato for you and now I hug and kiss you! Jeanie
