Hello; and welcome to my new story 'The Unexpected'.
Anyway; thank you and i hope you enjoy it :)
Hi; I’m Mary Gavigan and this is my Husband Nathan. We’ve been happily married for 13 years, and we have a 12 year old son Isaiah.
Every night I read about babies and pregnancy. I would love to have a baby girl. The doctors told me after I had Isaiah that I can’t have anymore children because he was a difficult pregnancy, I’m blessed that I was given the chance to give birth to Isaiah. Two years before he was conceived I had a miscarriage as the baby was growing in my left fallopian tube; and the doctors said then that it would be very difficult to have children but Isaiah was conceived, and I’m so very happy. But I just don’t feel as if this family is complete if you know what I mean. Having a baby girl or another child would make my life complete.
This is Isaiah, my beautiful little man. He’s quite a smart boy but his grades don’t show it. He’s doing well in school and loves sports. He wants to be a coach for a collage football team and I’m hundred percent sure he will be. I’m so very proud of him.
Every weekend the boys go out to have some men bonding time, which leaves me at home by myself. I’ve been feeling really sick lately, probably the flu, its going around at the moment. When I feel sick I always make my favourite food, a nice plate of Caesar salad.
I always wash my hands, its just a thing I’ve had since I was a little girl. But it’s a good thing though. I think I might go lay down.
I slept like a baby last night, I felt so sick.
The next day at dinner we talked about babies. Isaiah piped up and asked when he is getting a baby brother or sister; Nathan and I just looked at each other and smiled at him. We didn’t want to tell him we can’t have anymore children, it’ll break his heart.
I’m reading again. Maybe Nathan and I should think about adopting, there are little children out there that don’t have a family; I have enough money in my inheritance fund to be able to give a child a home and everything they would possibly want.
I started to feel sick in the stomach again so I went to lay down and read some more. Tomorrow I’ll call my doctor for an appointment to get some medicine before I get real sick.
I went for a nice long shower and came back out and noticed I’ve put on some weight but I haven’t eaten anymore then I usually do. And I’m feeling sick even more; this tummy bug is coming on quicker this time then it usually does.
