Green Acres is a 2 storey, 3 bedroom family residence with 4 bathrooms - 3 of which are ensuite to the bedrooms. It has a traditional farmhouse shape and feel, but with a rather more urban decor.

Entry to the house is via a 2 stage process - i.e. glass doors on the front deck open into a spacious orangery, where double, stained glass doors open into a small reception area. This level also contains, kitchen, separate dining room, an open plan livingroom with fireplace and a study/home office.

There is a family sittingroom - also with open fire - on the second level adjacent to the bedrooms - and a 'green' sunroom has wrap-around glass for maximum benefit. The game room includes a 1-lane bowling alley, chess and pool tables and a shuffleboard setup - and there is a soccer practice pitch in the rear garden.

The outdoor entertaining facilities are housed in a detached pavilion for all weather enjoyment, but there is also a picnic table with a fine view of the vegetable garden.

The double garage is drive through, and there are two extra parking spaces in the area directly behind it. A small exercise station occupies the second bay in the garage.

Last but not least, provision for the artist in the group . . .under a flowering tree at the rear of the yard, a small, glass enclosed cubby contains a professional easel.

Green Acres is certainly not a show pony, but if country living, without the drawbacks, is your aim - then look no further - and remember, [if you are old enough to do so ] 'Green Acres is the place to be!'.
