The 4 Diamond Earrings in a row on each ear are contained in the same mesh so when your sims wear these earrings they'll have all 4 on each ear. This new mesh works best on normal and smaller sized ears rather than extremely large ears which will hide the last 1 or 2 earrings (Depending on how large) on your sims ears. Hope you like it :)
