Description
This house was built in Starlight Shores. Cause I've seen a tutorial about shark tanks on youtube, I tried to build one myself. And here it is. The house was built on a 38 X 34 lot in Starlight Shores, but you can also put it on a 40 X 40 lot.
Outdoors: pool, fountains, car park, barbecue, dining area, bar , deck chairs, a swing, a sandbox and golf.
First floor: shark tank ,kitchen, study, living, fitness room and bathroom
Second floor: two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool
I've used no CC but some items of the simport rewards.
If you don't have them you can use a mod from velocitygrass at MTS which unlock the items.

Contains no hacks!
I have all the free stuff from EA store and nearby all of the paystuff. Sometimes I use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by objects from the basegame.
I`ve recoloured some objects in the game.
Just install the lot via launcher.
