Description
Cosmic Yellow is a striking 4 storeys of space-age living, with a host of features to ensure that the residents here do not lack for creature comforts.

There are three bedrooms [the master suite occupies the top level and is more a retreat than simply a bedroom], and 5 bathrooms - no waiting, no angst as there is at least one on each floor.

The entry foyer is spacious and has been decorated with a pretty fountain setup, with seating for guests if required. Wide archways lead into the rooms surrounding this reception area . . the dining room on the one hand and the living area on the other. A window [let us say it is one-way] in the livingroom wall allows for monitoring of the entry.

The dining room and the kitchen are also separated by an arch and another leads to the bathroom on this floor. This bathroom has a separate toilet and, as an added feature, there is a twin handbasin in the 'entry' for the times when handwashing only is required.

On the second floor will be found a double and a twin single bedroom each with an attached bathroom. The wide landing around the spiral stair has room for a study desk at one end, and a small TV corner at the other. Double glass doors in this gallery open on to the 'space deck' where there are loungers, an astronomer's telescope and a easel.

Third floor is given over to exercise, fun with bubbles, musical entertainment, and artistic pursuits. A large, full bathroom is here also. Doors lead to the balcony and an outdoor chess table.

The top floor, as mentioned, is a parents' retreat or could be guest accommodation if required. It, too, has access to a small balcony with seating.

In the grounds there is a fully fenced play area for children, with twin swings and slides and a super treehouse/playhouse, a trampoline for adults and a special area set aside for outdoor cooking/dining.

There is garaging for one vehicle under the roofline, but there is also a single parking space for a guest or delivery vehicle.

Cosmic Yellow was built on the 40x30 lot at 280 Sunnyside Blvd.SV - it is flat and quite suitable for other similar size lots, in any neighbourhood - provided the long side is a street frontage to allow for correct siting.

Creator Notes
Cosmic Yellow is a marcorse original work. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] or claim it as your own work . I have the following installed on my base-game: WA/A/LN. HELS/FL/OL. My game is fully patched. I have also run the TSR Rigfix patch on my CC folders.. Beds used in this build are EA defaults..
