Description
On the first floor, this home has a music room, dining room, two guest rooms and a bathroom. On the second it has two bed, a T.V. room and a bathroom as well as two fun rooms, because of the expensive items it's priced at $343,883 simoleons to move in, hope you like the Ultimate Sugarbees Mansion!

Creator Notes
Remember that if it's too pricey to move your sims in, you should just click on the abandoned lot and sell it's items you can't aford. Some extra objects come with the file for free, just so you know..

An even better way I believe you can load the house without it being too expensive, is just load the house.iff file into your C:\program files\maxis\the sims\userdata\houses folder but do not I repeat do NOT load my object.iff files into your User Objects folder, thus the house will be fine and no expensive items to begin with, to save on time. And think, you can save the Zip file with my objects and special lot files for later! Nice, huh?

I hope this advice helps, the problem is I can not test the house with/without objects to see how expensive it would be, for some reason my system automatically loads the object files, sheesh.
