you First need a program to unzip the file
you can download WinRAR if you dont have it..
Then you click on the download tab
to left bottom of the screenshot of the lot..
choose where you want to save the file when it asks you
choosing desktop is easiest
then locate the file on your desktop and unzip it
putting the cc lot in your game is a bit more complex
you have to take out the existing lot in that space
and exchange them...
