The Eyrie is a 3-storey, 1 bedroom residence in a cantilever design.
Ground level contains the pool, full service BBQ area with dining seating for 8, loungers and the 2 car garage. A trampoline provides outdoor exercise.
A double width stair gives access to the main living area of the house. The compact layout of this space contains entry, reception area, living, kitchen and dining. There is a modern fireplace servicing the living/dining rooms.
Take the lift to the next level - to the double bedroom, full bathroom with separate toilet, general office and a gallery with chess table and sofa seating.
A second double width stair leads to a small glassed conservatory on the upmost level. . . with potted and hanging plants, comfort seating and a music system.
The Eyrie was built on and for the 30x30 lot at 99 Landgraab Avenue, Sunset Valley. It requires only a flat lot of appropriate size.

The Eyrie is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for The Eyrie.
