MUST HAVE LATEST PATCH. Expansions used: Showtime, Late Night, World Adventures, Seasons and Generations. If you do not have these expansions, your game will replace the content with base game content. The one exception, if you do not have Generations, you will not have stairs in your house.

I've used shiny floors in the living room area which can be removed to make your game run faster.

Built by request for bobstpapst at 56 Lookout Peak Rd in Bridgeport (delete the park and place lot). This lot can be placed in other towns as well.
