3 Sun Song Ave, Sunset Valley
Sunset Cove Three is part of a splendid private estate of three independent villas located in a quite exclusive residential area, overlooking the entrance of Sunset Valley Bay. The properties named all together Sunset Village are three identical and beautiful villas set only meters away from the sea front and peaceful cove.
All three villas have the same layout and size, with very similar interiors and style.
The interiors are minimal and not pretentious in full respect of a summer property while providing great comfort and all modern amenities for easy and relaxed living. Each villa features a master bedroom located on a higher level than the entrance and three guest bedrooms distributed between the second and fourth level of the house. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. An attractive living and dining area as well as a discrete and fully equipped kitchen are located on the entrance level of each house.
