This lovely two-story lodge is nestled in Starlight Shores with the ocean not too far from the backyard. It has been designed for those Sims' who love the modern look and crave living near ocean waters.
There are two stories in this house with a decent-sized basement for those Sims' who love making Nectar or Elixirs. The main floor consists of an open floor plan with a half-level living room space, kitchen and small dining area/breakfast nook. Main bathroom and a small laundry room. The second floor consists of a nice hallway leading into one adult bedroom and one babies' room, as well as a reading room with a TV and fireplace. In the basement you will find a room with a Necar-making machine and a separate room with Nectar shelves. You will also find an Elixir-making machine, and gem-cutting machine, and a couple storage cabinets for storing your Elixirs or bugs. There is also a bathroom in the basement.
Majestic Oceana Lodge is located in Starlight Shores at 82 Oceanview Drive. You can move the lot to a bigger flat lot in any town if you wish to add a garden or a pool, or if you decide to expand the house to your liking.

No custom content used in the making of this house, besides only paintings I created myself with TSR workshop and uploaded to TSR.
