This stupid weather...
Every days we have rains in our city... IT'S TERRIBLE! I was on the beach, swimming, the sun shined bright... then the rain started! Oh, mine! It is like a cold shower in your bathroom! Why?... The weather was wonderful before rain started... OHHHH! What terrible! How its cold..... I think, that 2-3 days I won't see the sunshine...
Japan Home's Abbreviations
In the title of every creation from Japan Home, you will be able to view the type and number of rooms and their purposes.
I utilise a simplified list of abbreviations to assist in your decision when downloading Japan Home's creations.

S - Study
B - Bedroom
K - Kitchen

This title description means that the Japan Home creation you are downloading consists of:

On holiday but I'll still be around....
I'm on holidays as of 5pm tonight! Yey! Finally a well deserved break from the hustle and bustle of the 9 to 5 routine! I haven't played my beloved sims once this week, I haven't even started the game up, so they will defiantly get a work out (or two, lol) over the next week. I'm hoping to finish a lot that I wanted to upload to TSR as well. And I will actually have time to download alot of the wonderful new stuff for the Sims 3, thanks to the new FA and SA artists. I've already had a look at some of the new creations and can't wait to get my mitts on them.
A spa & a glass of bubbly is defiantly on the cards tonight! ;)

It is a GREAT place for socializing and meeting people to further your career...or just make friends! I do hope you like it!
To create it, I demolished all 3 lots nearest the Sunset Valley arena and placed it in the center lot. This makes it close enough for sims to enjoy it in town, but far enough that the "private" atmosphere of the drive-in is not disrupted. Cool huh? Just thought you'd like to know as it is a 40x40 lot, and those aren't always easy to find. LOL!
Well there you have it! 4 new freebies, 1 new TS2 lot, and 1 new TS3 lot. *Whew!* Been working away, but it has certainly been a lot of fun creating them! :D I hope YOU like them as well!

Ok, so i Lied..
UPDATE - in my last post i wrote about how i still didn't have any interest in playing ts3 but i had some down time yesterday and decided to give it another try and i gotta admit,.. its growing on me =)
Creativity struck me and I made a whole new batch of simmies with a variety of personality traits and have them all living nearby as neighbors, its really interesting to see how they interact with one another! I might just have to make up another sims story soon ;)
Im also super excited that there seems to be alot of new cc coming out this week to help improve the look of the original game, i don't know what i would do without my c.c.! Both ts2 and 3 would be so dull without it! Much thanks to all the creators on this site, you guys really rock! -Jari

Just a quick note, my son and I are going camping between Thursday, July 23 and Monday, July 27. So if any comments or pms go unanswered, I am not ignoring you, I just have no internet access.
First real time camping, with a tent and everything. Wish me luck. Not sure about this, but I'm willing to give it a shot. My 12 year old is telling everyone "I don't know how she is going to do it, with no computer". And he's right. I'll let you know how we made out when we get back.

The terminator Sarah connor chronicles Cast.
Hello everyone.
This week Y started to create the cast of the terminator serie: the Sarah Connor chronicles. As first I try to make Thomas Dekker alias John Connor. Tommorow you can download him. (23 july)I have try to make Summer Glau whose a very difficult one. I've proud when I finnished her but It seems I have a problem to upload her. The cpu give the http 500 intern server error. But it's rare. The problem seems just by her. I can upload my other characters without problems. I think there is a file error. If I can't fix this I should to try to remake her. And I was so glad to finnished her. I hope if I remake her I have the same results as before. I go make the follow other characters: Lena Headey, Brian Austin Green, Shirley Manson (Catherine Weaver), The little girl Mackenzie Smith (Savanah), Garret Dillahunt (Cromarti), and Richard T Jones (Mr Ellisson). Unit of Measure
For my first blog, I will explain my rationale for using a traditional unit of measure in Sims 3 game environment.
I am utilising the following unit of measure: 1 game tile = 1/2 ken (based on inaka-ma measurement) = 3 ft.
For an illustrative purpose, a 1 x 2 game tile is the equivalent of a standard unit of a tatami mat measuring (1/2 x 1 ken or 3 x 6 ft). This is the basis of creating the modular-based house units in my creations. The tatami mat dimensions determine the scale of the house. Take note that a Sim is able to sleep on a 1 x 2 game tile (1 tatami mat) in the form of a 1 x 2 bed (unfortunately, there is no way I can squeeze 4 beds in a room size made with 4 tatami mats - the Sim is unable to move or access the beds).
There are some limitations of the game environment which makes my creations a little different from traditional Japanese housing layout plans. There is no capability to create half-tile walls. Half-tile walls are needed to create painting and ritual recesses that are part and parcel of the traditional Japanese home. Thus, I will modify the standard layouts of the rooms to suit the game environment (maybe someone is able to create the ability to make half-tile walls, that would be a blessing!).
With the unit of measure defined in the Sims 3 game environment, I am able to recreate or reinterpret traditional Japanese housing for your enjoyment.

The Challenge
I've been creating houses since Sims 2, but I had no idea that I can share it and how I can share it. Since I've been inlove with Sims, I also wanted to share the creations I've made since my Sims 2 days. Though I'm not that pro in regards to cheats like constrainfloorelevation, but still I'm trying my best to be familiar with it. In time, I'll be able to make beautiful houses as FA and SA's here at TSR. Looking forward to be in line with them.

Where has Chapter 10 Gone?
Hey everyone!
So, I logged onto TSR a few days ago to post up chapter 12, and when I finished posting I noticed that Chapter 10 is in editing. I don't remember ever editing it so it's (hopefully) temporarily gone. I don't know how long it'll take to come back so for those of you who have just tuned into the story, here's a brief summary of what chapter 10 was about:
The exams have begun for the Howarth's! And it's down to the books for all three teens as they ready themselves for the final tests. But whilst all this is going on, a new Howarth has arrive. It's none other than the non-stop party girl and fashion queen Pepper. But Sam is shocked to find out that Pepper is Ryan older sister! Why didn't he say anythign before? That is one question she ponders on as Pepper tells her about her parents and how they adored Ryan more than her.
But why does Ryan hate herso much? Is there something else in the past that is yet to be revealed?

Playing around with AGS
I've spent half the day playing around with Numeror's AnyGameStarter today. I've used it on my laptop a few times...mostly for building custom requested lots. This is the first time I've used it to build lots for general uploads.
It was brought to my attention that I haven't made a base game only house in quite a while. Now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever built just a base game house before. It was an interesting trip in trial and error. So many options for custom building are in the EP's I never thought twice about how difficult it would be for me to work backwards. Even when I first started building and modifying houses in Sims2 it was with Sims2 Deluxe so I had the luxury of Nightlife with the cars and driveways.
Well, today I made a modern abode house using just Sims2 and no EP's or SP's. It has been approved and should be published in a few days.

New Walls and Floors July 22

Lauren - Yellow and Black Dress
Trying to compose some scenes that mesh warm and cool colors in some strange ways. Purple always mixed with yellow quite well but having shades of green in there really brings the scene to life.
This is really one of my favorite dresses for Lauren. It's simple yet alluring.
... I just realized I forgot to change the patterns for the night-stand. As you might have noticed, it's from the last set Snow was shot in.
