I've never actually seen this series, lest anyone mistake me for an expert, but I've had a couple of costume requests, and the first of them should (hopefully) be on the site before long: a costume worn by "Lady Marian" from the second series (Presumably the lass who I was brought up to refer to as "Maid Marian", but how times change...). ;) I shall also be attempting a costume for Guy of Gisbourne before long.Swing fixed - and free for a month

How do I know if the swing is causing my crashes?
The crash occurs only when you select the game catalog's Miscellaneous/Children section (in the same place that the Maxis swing is located). If you try to select anything in this part of the catalog, the game crashes to desktop if the file you were unlucky enough to be served with the corrupted file. If you experience this crash, you need to redownload the swing.
I'm getting this crash - how can I find the swing in my Downloads folder?
The file is named 'cyclonesue_swing_weighingHoist_MESH.package'. Replace with an up-to-date version from the link above, or simply delete the swing from your Downloads folder.
Do I have to redownload the recolours too?
No, though it won't do any harm if you do by mistake. Only the mesh file was at fault.
I have always been able to use the swing - do I have to redownload?
No, if you can click on the swing in the catalog, then your version is fine. Nothing has changed with the file. I have simply reuploaded the same file to force the TSR servers to replace the corrupted version on one of our servers.

Oh, so many to credit! Sceeters02, Figaro_black, MsBarrows, TabbyLou, swmeek, deagh - and lots of other people who willingly tested and reported a yay or nay on whether the swing caused a crash. A particularly special mention goes to MsBarrows who found the cause though. She noticed that the corrupt version was a larger file size and the internal coding was all gibberish. So if you happen to feel at all grateful for this piece of tat I made, DO please thank her for saving the day!
Why has the name changed - is this a different swing?!
No, I just got it all wrong as usual. The filename hasn't changed, so redownloading will overwrite the corrupted version properly, but I've changed its name on the screen.
Why?
Because it's not a weighing hoist. It's a crane.

H&M Summer Style 5
This is my fifth set of re-colours of the H&M Fashion Stuff Pack meshes. This set comprises five stylish summer dresses (again, two with a retro feel) and a pair of cropped blue denim jeans worn with a pretty blue and white floral patterned tube top. I was asked to make a pink dress and I've made three, so you will have a choice!
All items are available for adult and young adult females and require the H&M Fashion Stuff Pack.
A collection file is now included with all my H&M sets and this incorporates all the H&M items I've created so far i.e. any of the items you've downloaded from my five H&M sets will show up in this H&M collection folder in your game.

Older Wall Sets
According to poll results, the majority of those who were kind enough to vote would like to see the walls that came in only white trim, to be trimmed in different types of wood tone.For the newer sets coming out, I promise to make a seperate set of just the woods; natural, oak, and cherry. Possibly walnut, but I don't want to get too carried away and people messaging me with a lot of "WTF?" comments.
For those of you who would like to see the older sets, like my Harvest Warmth Collection, please let me know. I will do my best to redo sets that have already been released, but only if someone really wants it.

Santiago Lounge/Dining Collection
Well just thought i would let you know that the Santiago Lounge Collection has been published. Hope you all like it. I am currently finishing off the Santiago Dining Collection, just doing some testing first. I should get uploaded tonight. So watch out for that over the next few days.I have also uploaded some more recolours of the Esprit Venetian Blinds, so hopefully they will be published shortly.
Once i have got this lot out the way, i might actually get around to finishing the Esprit Bedroom Collection. Here's hoping!

Simford City Villa Silvia
I've submitted today a new residential lot Villa Silvia, it is pending and I hope it'll be approved, too:)!
Villa Silvia is a fully furnished lot for a family with two children. It is spacious and cozy but also very good for entertaining guests! It's also guaranteed that your sim-children will get to the private school if they live in this house!

Still can't upload sets
I still can't upload sets and I can't get any response from the support at TSR though I've kept on trying so now I am going to submit all my creations as individual items.What's on my mind.....
Yes, I am slloowwllyy still working on meshing. I am a beginner, but I'd like the first one I put out here to be at least slightly new, different, and hopefully pleasing. There are a LOT of meshes out there by artists who have been at it for years, and between them all meshes of every type of funiture, object, plant, etc, have been made, many times over. And more and more artists every day are putting out the very first things they have made. I am not wanting to compete with anyone or anything, but I do want my meshes to be very good quality, as good as I can get the first ones to be, at least. Because as I said, those who have been doing it for years will always have much better crafted meshes than us beginners, or at least until us beginners have been doing it for years, too! And yes, I know absolutely no one has read this. And if they have, well, thank you for reading.Busy, busy, busy
I feel like I should have Chapter 2 edited and up by now but I haven't even had a chance to play Sims in a couple of weeks. I've been busy organizing my life, looking for a job, and getting things ready for when I finally do find a job. It's very exhausting but maybe sometime soon I'll have some downtime to enjoy myself by playing with the characters I have created in my game.Until then,

My Birthday
Every year on my birthday I release a set of party dresses. Next Wednesday is my birthday, and to celebrate I am making my two previous sets of birthday dresses, from 2006 and 2007, free to download for one week only.
I will also be creating a brand new set of dresses for 2008 - so watch this space!

I had several partially completed lots scattered around my neighborhood, so I finished up three of them today and uploaded them:1) Down on Main Street VI
Another Main Street lot in the series that has a pet store, dance club and bar, and a cafe with pool table and card table. Note: with the upcoming release of Apartment Life, I have plans to include some flats in this series.
2) Evergreen Cottage
Not part of a series. Just a rustic country house I started working on a couple of months back. It is meant for players who don't like to use cheats and are moving their Sims out of a starter home. The price is $34,300.
3) 7 Peachtree Circle
This house was built for the contest Picturesque Porches. It's a typical southern house with covered porch for watching passersby while sipping ice tea.
Manly Man Wallpaper
Just uploaded a couple of sets of new wallpaper. The "Manly Man" sets are just perfect for a masculine den or library. I plan to do some recolors of furniture to match the new wallpapers.Also added a set of neutral colored walls both for interior and exteriors. Hope ya'll find them useful!

Future superstars need to start their training early! The classic two-piece Adidas tracksuit has always been popular with adults, so I shrunk it down to toddler-size proportions. It took some work, as those diapers are disfiguring and need extra space. This wee tracksuit can actually be found in stores, if you want to copy the snappy style for the mini-hipster in your life!Busy, Busy, Busy!!!

Two new sets of curtain re-colours are due to be published on the 19th, AND I've just uploaded my new set of 'Embossed Rugs' in 12 dusky shades, AND, just for all you picture lovers out there, a new set of 'Tropical Paradise' paintings - 12 exotic scenes of, you guessed it, tropical paradises!

Vacations and New Computer!
As a teacher I have long vacations every summer but a very busy program during the rest of the year. This is the case I do not upload as often as other creators do.... From now and till the end of August (I hope) I will create and upload a number of modern homes. Besides, I love working on my bright new computer! YES!...I bought a new computer (you see what you can get with hard work?) and a table designed all by me (I am really proud of it!) Want to have a look?

Well, although some of you will be disappointed, I decided to stop writing Sims 2 stories. I don't have neither the fun nor the time I need for making another story and I can say, that I'm also pretty pi**ed because of the behavior of some guys in this communitry, and who simply aren't able to write what they think. It happened often that peolpe comment a story like: "wow, this is the best story ever, I love it!" And then they rate the story very poor. And I simply hate that. I always said that I want constructiv comments, so I can improve my stories, but if nobody is interested in doing so, it can't be helped.I won't be gone totally, I'll still be here, although not as often as before. Anyway, I hope you guys understand.
