- 8 x Adult Female outerwear.
- 4 x Adult Female glamour outerwear.
- 3 x Teen Male outerwear.
PLEASE tell me!
I have been making lots for about 6mo. now and recently started making pets. Two of my "real life" friends have had some problems getting my lots to show up. If ANYONE has had ANY trouble........please please please......I NEED to know so that IF there is a problem I can try & fix it (if it is a glitch I may not be able too).Thank you.
The Cherry Kitchen
I'm not sure what possessed me to do a room. It took ages...first to figure out just what I wanted to do, then to pick the pieces and recolor them. And then recolor again. And again. I finally got the combination of reds I was looking for. Finally, uploading a room (and giving all the detail about where to find the recolors, what EPs are needed) took forever. That said, I hope folks enjoy it!I'm NOT Dead! LOL
Greetings!Figured I'd better let you know I'm still here, just been Uber-busy with the small person on school holidays and being so swamped in my own creativity that I didn't know where to start! LOL
I have a new decorating set uploaded, a Gothic twist on my Rose set, so I will let you know when that is being published. I'm also working on another decorating set (which I am really excited about) and a further soft furnishing set as the Groovy Flowers one has been so popular.
Keep an eye out this month for another 2 new theme sets - Mardi-Gras and Fuzzy Furs. There are decorating and soft furnishing sets in the pipeline for both themes ;o)
And bizzarely I still seem to have one foot stuck in the 60's/70's, more decorating and soft furnishings to follow for that theme too, hehehehehe
Wishing you all a fabulous week (what's left of it) and an awesome weekend.
Updates!
Hi everyone!I am still caught up in exams. They were so many and I still have 3 left + the graduation ones. I wanted to upload some sets a while ago, but I haven't had time until today. I hope you enjoy them and have fun!
Subway Tile Walls
The first of the subway tile walls has been uploaded. The entire set is broken into 3 parts because there are so many walls (37 I believe).Part 1 - Neutral and Monochromatic
Part 2 - Green, Blue & Purle (my favorite color)
Part 3 - Red, Orange, Yellow & Brown
After these three sets comes *drumroll* the MH Washroom set!! w00t! yay! yippee-skippe! hooray!
There are a few finishing touches left on the Washroom (object descriptions, preview images), but the objects themselves are completely done, AND I made recolors of everything, so look forward to those, as well.
Simford City Houses
Submitted today: Simford City Houses "Hillside" & "Blue Studio"
My latest project is Simford City. It matches quite well with my Grey Brick Collection lots. I have been playing with my city-sims recently and started to build airy, modern city homes. I intend to use a lot of TSRAA material and that also means checking, re-checking and even triple checking, because I must be certain not to use anything but items that I am allowed to use!
So far I know that I will use creations of the following great artists: Cyclonesue, Lianaa, Spaik, Simtomatic, Steffor, Tabbylou... (Please note that the picture above is from my game and items in the picture have not been "TSRAA-checked". This lot won't be submitted as such!)
I am also grateful to all of you who voted on my previous poll! Valuable information once again! Here are the results:
What kind of residential lots do you prefer to download?
Contemporary 10.81%
Traditional 0%
Bygone Days 5.41%
Countryside 8.11%
Rustic 2.7%
Urban 2.7%
Industrial 2.7%
Sci-Fi & Fantasy 2.7%
Famous Building 10.81%
Other 2.7%
Doesnt matter 5.41%
All kinds of lots 32.43%
I build my own lots, thank you! 13.51%
I prefer Maxis basic game lots! 0%
Please vote on my new poll!
Take care,
Tiina :)
Family Emergency!

1000 Thanks! :D
Wow. Thank you all so much.I have just reached the 1000 thanks mark. Well it was 1002 when I logged on hehe.
I am glad you all liked my creations and I wanted to thank you too.
Happy simming
Amanda
So, guess what...
On May 22nd, at 2 AM I became an uncle! My sister gave birth to a healthy baby boy and named him Leo! We are all so happy right now - I finally have an excuse to call my parents old ( "Hey grandpa!" " Whats up grandma?" ), and I get to teach my nephew how to drive my sister and brother-in-law crazy with 1001 questions starting with "Why?" Im so going to be a cool, funny and good-looking uncle whos like...well, cool! I cant wait! As for now all Leo does is sleeping, eating and pooping (yea, a regular diaper filler. Kids got skills!), but when he starts walking and talking he and I are going to drive people into insanity. In 3 different languages! As for the glorious world of The Sims, new uploads are on the way. You may have noticed that my recent hairstyles have a retro touch to them, and that will continue to be so. Both "Released" and "Picture Perfect" sets that will be released soon look similar to my "Lovely Affair" hair set, but were made from a different angle and look a bit more formal. Also, theres "Organza" dress set that somewhat reminds me of "Breakfast at Tiffanysˇ and all that vintage glamour. Pretty nice!
And in the end, I would like to thank all of you who sign my guestbook and show your appreciation. Your kind words really make all those hours spent working with Milk Shape and Photoshop worth wile. Thank you all!
And thats it for now. Enjoy!

Landscape Paintings Withdrawn!
Hi again! Since there has been another report of a missing file, I have decided to withdraw my 'Landscape Paintings Collection' for the time being to try and rectify this problem.I intend to redo the files and then re-package them and hope that this solves it. Like I said before, I have no idea why this should suddenly happen as I have never had any problems with my previous submissions, and I really don't why this is happening now.
Anyway, I'll try again, and hopefully they will be successful this time.
Confused Mad Cow!
**Forgotten Furniture TC91**
I just got word that my Forgotten Furniture TC91 (all 4 sets) files are not working at the moment...I am sooo sorry, and I won't be able to fix this until I get home this weekend. I'm out of state on vacation at the moment, and I appreciate all your patience and reporting the files to bring them to my attention.Still Studying
I haven't been around much lately, either here at my page or in the Texture Challenge forum, because I am still studying meshing with Blender, which has been taking up a lot of my time. Blender is a great program, once you get over "button shock". And there is so much to learn about it besides just how to use it for meshing. It is such a self contained program you don't need a seperate UV unwrapping/mapping or photoshop type program. It even has its own internal file system where you can keep folders full of textures and other images, as well as access any file, folder or other program anywhere on your computer right from within Blender! It isn't something you can learn in a few days, or even two months, which is about how long I have been earnestly studying how to use it. The first mesh I made with it is posted here in my blog, and I am proud of it, but I want to get a bit more familiar with all Blenders meshing tools, as well as how to UV unwrap/map, before I start experimenting with importing things into the game. But I will get there, and maybe sooner than I think.....Updates, updates
Misc. Info: I'm finally back in my own place (yay!) with a functioning internet connection (double yay!). I'm currently working on releasing a wall pack. Much like the Serendipity Living set, it's a set that wasn't supposed to exist. Basically, I created a couple of different subway tile walls to go with the MH Kitchen and Washroom sets, aaaaaannnnddd, I got a BIT carried away with the colors. I kept coming up with all these awesome color names and I just couldn't stop. All told I think I now have something like 36 different color walls. The pack will be assembled and ready to go probably by tomorrow morning.

A new set!
RL has been hectic lately and I have been working extra shifts at work so I haven't had time to create anything for the last month. But, finally I have managed to create a new kitchen set for your simmies. I do hope they will enjoy it!H&M Summer Style
These are my first new creations since returning from my first anniversary holiday and were inspired by the H&M Fashion Stuff Pack which I recently installed.I must say that when I first looked through the new H&M clothing in CAS I was a bit disappointed. Most of the clothing was not to my taste at all, quite gaudy and just a bit too "out there" for me. However, on closer inspection, I realised that some of the meshes might lend themselves quite nicely to re-colouring with more subtle, feminine textures, and the footwear is amongst the best I've seen from Maxis, with some absolutely gorgeous boots, mules, ballet pumps and strappy sandals. However, the H&M meshes aren't the most versatile. On the whole, the shape of the original garment can't be altered, only the textures. Anyway, here is what I came up with:

These are fairly simple re-colours as it wasn't possible to change the basic shape of the clothing much. My main aim was to make the H&M clothing more accessible for everyday wear and closer to my taste i.e. a little more elegant and feminine. What eventually materialised was a capsule wardrobe for summer, including comfy trousers and versatile short dresses suitable for both day and evening wear.
The H&M Fashion Stuff Pack is quite accessory happy and I have removed some of these from the outfits in order to allow a range of jewellery to be worn, although I did replace some - necklaces, and often bracelets, can generally be removed simply by altering the alpha file if you really don't like them. I have changed the original shoes very little as they were just so cute.
All outfits are available for adult and young adult females and obviously you need to have the H&M Fashion Stuff Pack installed in order for them to appear in your game.
Whoopsie!
Thanks to Hweia for pointing out a slight problem with my Matrix archways. They were making the original "Mauretania" door that I'd cloned them from have a couple of flashing-blue recolours. The culprit was some material overrides in my "Straight" and "Straight No Transom" packages that I'd somehow missed removing. The two files have now been fixed and reposted.
New namings for set, new creations
Hi everyone! First, thanks to EVERYONE for downloaded, commented, appreciated my work! It's always a nice time in my day when I log on TSR and read all your nice words :) I have finally decided on a way of naming my sets, which I had been trying to find for a while now; so from now on, every clothing set will have the name of a city. Sometimes big cities, sometimes smaller one from where I come from. Original or not, I love the idea, since naming my sets usually is the longest part of my creating process (or... almost hehe) Also I will be uploading today or tomorrow my new set, Sydney. I'm really proud of it for many reasons; first, it doesn't require a mesh or an EP, which means that anyone who likes it can dowload it. Yippee! But most of all, I've spent hours trying to do the right texture for the shorts, and I've finally been able to do something close enough to my idea. So I hope some of you will enjoy it! Have a nice day! :)
Finally!
Finally I can chill a bit more with school..I still have 'alot' of sets I made in the past few months so I will upload them soon.
If you got any requests: feel free to ask :)
WESTERN SIM STORIES~~UPDATE
Hi, of the three Western Stories (sim photo) I am working on, it looks as if 2 will be uploaded here, and the third one will be at a blog I just started. The third story is just not suitable for the PG guidelines here at TSR and I understand and agree with their decision."A Convenient Bride" is now posted! Another western/romance!
The second story "Fort Bravo" needs more edits and will take longer. Not sure I am going to do it...If I follow the movie plot, it cannot be posted here, may have to change the ending, still debating.
The third story is called 'Thunder Valley' and can be found here: Introduction and 15 chapters posted. I have uploaded a lot I made for the story, can be downloaded here at TSR.
THUNDER VALLEY
TSR will still be my main spot for posting stories, but now I have the blog as well, and would be honoured if you checked it out!! Thanks for all the comments and support!
~~Cheers and have a great week~~
Willow Hair Set, get it while it's free!
From now until June 11th the original Willow mesh and hair set will be free, so if you're not a subscriber and want to get your mitts on it, make sure you check back then! You can download the Willow mesh and hair set here.
PLEASE HELP!!
Following on from my previous entry regarding reported problems with my 'Landscape Paintings' - Please could you tell me if they are now downloading correctly, both as a set and as individual files. The number of downloads are still increasing and there have not been any more reports of missing files, so I'm hoping that by re-uploading the main file, I have cured this. I tried downloading them myself, and everything worked fine, but I would appreciate it very much if you could give me feedback on this and hopefully confirm my assumption that all is now well or, alternatively, if there is still a problem.
Thanks very much in advance!

Teen Swimsuits
Hi all, I'm sorry about the delay, it couldn't be helped. I'll be uploading this set as soon as I get the pictures together. I'm also working on more teen undies/PJ's, dresses, shorts, and formal wear.
Garden Rockery: Free in June
Hi all my free set this month is my Garden Rockery Set, so go grab yourself some plants and rocks and get your Sims into the garden this summer...Garden RockeryEnjoy!!
Andrea :)
2 meshes ready--almost
So I have 2 meshes ready, but I need to do some textures and then do screen shots. Unfortunately I'm mucho busy with the class I'm taking. Boring accounting stuff (but I like it) and I have to get a good grade! And at the end of the month, it's 100% more stressful at work. And for all of you non-accountanting people, the end of the month starts the last week of the month and ends the 2nd week of the next month! lol at least that's what it seems like. ;) Anyway, it may be that I won't get the textures done in time to publish by the weekend. And if so, I'm sorry. But I'm not ditching you all again! I'm just really, really incredibly busy. :(Wow...I am very flattered!!
Ok, ok, due to an overwhelming response, lots of emails and pm's, I will come back to TSR and start uploading again....with a few very specific conditions.1. I will only upload recolors of free meshes.
2. I will try to keep my recolors base game as much as possible, trying to use a minimum of expansion/stuff pack requirements as possible.
3. I am still mainly at Natural Sims, and the bulk of my recolors will be there. It is a free site, and I am a mod and staff artist there. But, I will also upload some new sets here as well.
I do this, because I want everyone to enjoy the game, that is after all, why we play it. I enjoy creating, not for money or fame, but just for the art of it. And I want my creations to be enjoyed as much as possible. I myself am a single parent with not a whole lot of money to blow, and I understand how frustrating it is to see something I'd long to have, but then find out I gotta fork up money for it. Not fun, and not what I want to be about.
So, that's my new policy. Keep an eye out, as I will have some nice recolors coming soon.....!!!
2 new sets
Hi,so, I've finally finished with the clothing set I was working on for almost two weeks. And I've divided it into two:D These two sets were very difficult for me to make, especially the upcoming "Smart!" set. I've never worked this hard on any of my previous sets, so I really really hope that you'll enjoy them.
Btw, I'm becoming a master in making weird previews...! lol
I sometimes wonder if there's anyone reading my 'blog'.
Well, I don't really want to know:D
Poll results: Favorite eras

Dilbert Modern Office *Updated version*
Well, I just realised I messed up my first multitile object meshes due to ignorance on my part. But no need to worry, I have it all fixed now!If you downloaded the Dilbert Modern Office, please redownload the corkboard, the coffe table and the desk. Delete the old versions you have in game and all should be fine. :)
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, so please don't get angry enough to hurt me. I don't have health insurance that covers damages sustained during the meshing learning process.
Problem With New 'Landscape Paintings Set'!
Just to let you know that I am aware of a problem some people are having with downloading my latest paintings collection - apparently the file is missing.I am in the process of rectifying this - just waiting to hear back from 'Support' - so hopefully I can get it sorted out as quickly as possible.
I've never had this happen before, and I don't quite know why or how it's happened as I did everything exactly the same as all of my previous submissions, and they're fine (well, nobody's told me otherwise!), so please bear with me during this time.
Apologies to anyone who has downloaded these paintings and has encountered problems - I will post again when I've worked it out.
Cheers!

Arches now published
Yep, I finally got off my butt and uploaded the set!And sure, I'll see about uploading the pictured house too for those who'd like it. I'm glad that it IS a house this time - I'm rather good at building front walls and that's it when it comes to taking screenshots for meshes!
Thanks again for your comments - hope you enjoy the arches! :-D
My neu Minisite
I am happy to greet all who visite my minisite. This minisite isadded on 29.05.2008. The

I will try to do better, just can't sit up for any length of time.
Polls and...Slums?!!
Poll Results: Well, with 121 people voting this time, here are the results of this months polls. Question 1: I am fine tuning...Which types of homes are you most interested in? Contemporary 29.75% - (36 votes) Ultra Modern 20.66% - (25 votes) European Luxury 19.01% - (23 votes) Country 14.88% - (18 votes) Cottage 8.26% - (10 votes) Victorian Era 5.79% - (7 votes) Question 2: Which lots do you prefer to play? Medium (3x3 - 5x3) 55.37% - (67 votes) Small (1x1 - 3x2) 20.66% - (25 votes) Large (4x4 - 6x6) 11.57% - (14 votes) Beach - Large 6.61% - (8 votes) Beach - Medium 4.13% - (5 votes) Beach - Small 1.65% - (2 votes) Thank you to all who participated! I will keep all of this information in mind while building. :) Fair Warning - Juhhmi the Slumlord Homes: I was just going to surprise everyone, but the shock might do you all in...so in order to prevent any heart attacks here's a little warning about an upcoming group of houses I'm putting together. First a little background... I entered a FABULOUS building challenge on the forums by the lovely Gamelia. In her particular challenge we had to build a home specified by another player. It was great fun, but MY challenge involved the building of a slum home. Yup. Slum home. The nastiest, dirtiest slum home you could make too. LOL! Well, since you can't have just one slum home, I am currently creating another couple of houses to go with it for a grand total of 3. These WILL have some CC. Sorry folks, but Maxis just can't make the items I need to build these homes. However, if...for some UNHOLY reason...you are interested in them, Cyclonesue makes some fabulous grimy bits and pieces that would decorate these homes in proper disgusting style. Here's a little picture of exactly how bad it's going to be. ;)
Well, you can't say you weren't warned! LOL! Not to worry, I'll have some pretty contemporary homes started right after these are uploaded. Promise!

Update to an Old Favorite
Update to an old favorite--Vintage Victorian Typewriter. The typewriter is cloned from the cheap computer and requires the FreeTime expansion pack. The FreeTime Victorian Typewriter is set for publication on June 1st.One crappy summer
*Sigh*So far, my summer break has been off to a crappy start. First, my London trip is canceled (thanks, mom!), and then my apartment complex, in its infinite wisdom, decided to that the way to fix the daily internet outages we residents have been suffering was to take the entire network down for one week. That one week turned into 3 weeks without internet. And even after all that rigmarole, there are STILL problems with the network.
For now, I am at my parents' home, only to visit with them and not to take advantage of their fully functioning high-speed internet connection.
*cough*
Updates on downloads coming soon.
Poll results & new project
I want to take a moment to thank everyone who voted in the "Joinable statues" poll. The results were as follows...Winner -- Themed statues(Greek, Roman, etc)
2nd place -- Buyable statues(formal, swimwear, sleep wear, etc)
3rd place -- Celebrity statues
4th place -- Child statues
That means this week's project is Themed joinable statues. I have a variety of Themes planned -- Greek, Roman, Native American, Pirate, Hospital, and so on. I'll be posting previews as I complete the items.
Set #1 of Themed Joinable Statues
