Back to school!
Yeah, it's that time of year again. I'm going back for the fall semester. I had an okay summer, not nothing to get up and do cart wheels over (lol), but it was pretty cool. Now that I'm back in school, I probably won't be able to submit as much as I usually do, but I'll get as much in as I possibly can.I noticed a few of you left comments about my grades last semester. I'm sorry if I didn't thank you for your congratulations. I really do appreciate it, it's just I guess I wasn't really expecting people to read my blog and never check. I know. What's the point of having a blog if no one will read it right?(duh).
Also, I wanted to let you know that I've been receiving all of your wonderful comments on my creations, but I've been so busy getting ready for school and preparing my kids for school also. I really appreciate them even if I haven't responded to them individually. So please by all means keep them coming. I love to hear from you.

Sims2Luxe Sets
If you've been reading my blog, you know that Sims2Luxe disappeared and is unreachable. The sets I had of their recolors have been pulled. But I thought it wasn't fair to you to pull the items that did not require their meshes, so I'm re-releasing some of the sets that have walls, floors, bedding, etc. that do not require their meshes, but that some of you might want. So you'll be seeing these sets come back up as newly published, but in reality they are just the non-mesh items from the original sets.Sorry for all this, but not much I can do.

Yummy Community Lot!
Well, probably no one cares about this anyway, but I just made a community lot with chocolate walls, which hopefully will be available at TSR very soon. I dedicate it to Alyosha, the wonderful artist who is great at many things, including building. So after the Yummy chocolate walls set is published, I'll be uploading this :)

Hi everyone! A bit of news for you, I'll try not to make this too long.First, my deepest apologies for my lack of responses to your wonderful comments and support. Please know that your comments, thanks, and support are greatly appreciated! Reading your comments is the highlight of every day.
Second, the reason for my lack of response...I'm working very hard to bring you some new meshes. This is a slow process for me. Creating new meshes is a very time consuming process and requires your complete attention with no distractions. If you're new like me, at least. hehe
I can't even begin to tell you all how busy real life is for me at the moment. Most of you know, I have 3 children, including a very active 10-month-old...combined with school, work and homelife things are very hectic! I'm using every bit of my spare time to try to maintain my TSR life and create these meshes.
If you're patient, you just might see a brand spanking new living room from me in the next couple of weeks. ;) You should also know that you may not see anything new from me in the next couple weeks as I perfect meshing and work on this new living room. I promise I'm not gone, I'm still here, slaving away over the keyboard!
Have a wonderful remaining summer vacation for those of you who haven't begun school or gone back to work...and a great back-to-school for those of you who have or will be starting that in the days to come. Happy simming, big hugs for all. :)

Although I don't even have half the talent of alot of artists on TSR, I do enjoy building.So I have decided that I will create small homes for under $20,000.
With Maxis only content unless with my own walls.
Well that is the plan. I have tried to build small homes for that price and it is alot harder than most would think. :)
I'm Back!!
Hi All,I'm back at home for now and my father is starting to pull through and is getting better, which has enabled me to come back for a little bit and have a break from the drama. So that means I will be creating again *YaY* I've missed it so much!!
Some good news, I have finally uploaded the last part of the Elizabeth Rose Collection and will be available soon.
I have also started working on the new Everyday/Outwear collection which had the highest vote for on my last poll.
I will hopefully have it finished and availble sometime in the next week!!
Its my Birthday!!
Eek! But you do wonder why they say "One year older" 'cos youre not really! you build up to it all year so technically im just one DAY older.. So there!So, I bet your all wondering what pressies I got? actually, youre probably not, but im going to inflict it upon you poor souls who have got sucked into reading my mindless drivel... It's called "Fantasy Space Axe" and it will sit proudly with the rest of my sword collection...
Nice eh??!! other than that, ive got another Axe on its way by one of the renowned sword makers csalled Kit Rae and I got a bunch of flowers from my childminder, and a dozen red roses from the family along with 2 Poang chairs ive been hankering after for my conservatory, breakfast in bed and the rest of the day to lounge about doing not much....not a bad birthday at all!

Hey, Just thought I would let you know that currently - Bitzybus' Items are all free.Her Toddler & Nursery meshes are to die for. They use your currently downloaded recolors of the crib & changetable etc to get the colors from. Look fantastic in your game. Get them and see what I mean.

Kitchens
Good morning! Ok, so I'm not really a morning person, but it's saturday. On Saturdays, I get my husband up for work early, then start laundry and work on my creations for TSR/Simaholics.My Spring Chicken Kitchen was released earlier this week, and I got the most wonderful comment on it from CVScorpio! In addition, she requested a bunch of recolors for this kitchen - dark blue, lavender, yellow, white, peach, light orange. Hmm...I'm not much for white (too bright), and yellow might be ok, but the rest I can definitely do. Since I start my college classes on August 30th (in addition to working full time, with a husband and 4 kids), I won't have as much time as I'd like to devote to creating, so I'm on the ball!!! I have a blue texture picked out, so that one will be next.
If anyone has any requests, please, let me know! My greatest inspiration comes from YOU! I may not be picasso, but I will give it my best shot. I'm not a mesh artist (yet), but I can do a mean recolor when given direction and a little time. Sock it to me!
Upcoming recolors
Well, finally, the Glamour Life items are done in mission match woods. Have had a request for Pets, Atomic Age furniture. So I have started on that. Just the grown-up stuff for now, not the kids stuff. These recolors will also recolor Simaddict99's Atomic Nursery meshes & her Add-Ons Meshes woods. Enjoy!Recolors To Be Removed

Sim Beans Coffee House Uniforms
I finally installed Open For Business a few weeks ago. I've been having a lot of fun playing at shops but found that I was disappointed with the choice of uniforms for my staff and decided to have a go at making some alternatives. Here is my first offering: a set of coffee house uniforms for elders, adults, young adults and teens, with matching baseball caps.
This is just a very simple recolour of the standard Maxis apron and baseball cap. You will need to have OFB installed in order that the aprons show up amongst the everyday clothing choices. If you don't have OFB, the apron mesh came with the base game (I think) for use by NPCs, so you could probably use my aprons as replacement NPC skins (the NPC Replacer utility makes this very simple). The baseball cap is base game compatible. It shows up under hairstyles and replaces the Sim's current hairstyle. For the girls, the hairstyle changes to a baseball cap worn over a short ponytail. Unfortunately, it isn't possible for your Sim to wear the cap over his or her current hairstyle. Perhaps in Sims 3...
Garden & Farm Tools
Inspiration for this set is thanks to Sk8Iowa - she made a request in the forums for buyable versions of the Seasons autumn leaves and while I haven't been able to get those objects to work exactly as I want them to (yet), I did decide to go ahead and bundle up these hand tools for you all to enjoy with the approaching autumn.Set includes hanging, dropped and leaning versions of a fan rake, hoe, spade, scythe and hedge shears, plus a watering can. To cut down on file sizes, I've made all the hanging versions master texture files and they will be required for the dropped and leaning versions. All objects are base game compatible and I've also included a collection file so you can quickly and easily find everything. :) Look for this set this coming Mon., Aug. 20'07.

Non-Charmed Fans
As i continue in My Quest of making all things Charmed, I realize that as the show is now only seen in re-runs that there will be fewer New Charmed fans out there.I still watch Charmed, mostly on my computer, as we have marathon Charmed days here where we will watch Charmed all day.
But i also have a few new shows that i have come enjoy almost as much, Medium & Kyle XY.
Anyhow to my point, although i do make more Charmed related Creations rather than any other i think you can use them anyhow, The Charmed ones just seemed to have such a great wardrobe.

It's My Birthday!!!!
I know i only wrote in here yesterday but the excitement of my own mini-site still hasn't worn off. It's my birthday today so i'm extra happy. What a wonderful present in being able to have my own mini-site. I turned 24 today - another year older. YAY!As you can see i have updated my page also. I was a little tired of the Cyan colour so i decided on Blue and i'm happy with the result. I also made my Avatar and Banner to match.
I have some new creations coming out tomorrow. It's another Athletic Set - but this time Adidas and some more dresses. I haven't got anything new waiting to be approved so that's what this weekend is going to be spent doing - making more clothes. So expect some more items from me next week sometime. Happy Simming! PC Problems
HiYou've probably noticed by now I haven't uploaded, well we had a huge lightening storm and by the looks of things it burnt out my PC (so much for serge protectors).
All my work is on the hard drive of that PC which sadly will not fit this one as it is a very old back up.
In a few months I should have my PC bits together but I won't know until then whether I can save the work.
I'll try and get some creations up from an old backup CD I made.

Hey Guys,Well the day has finally arrived. I finally saved up enough Kudos to get my own Mini-Site. I feel so happy - i've been working up to this and it's taken a little while. Stupid me decided to get a couple of other things before and i had to wait longer to get my mini-site. Well now i don't have to worry. YAY! Thanks to everyone who has left me such lovely comments and feedback over the last few months, it has been greatly appreciated - and if it weren't for you guys i would never have gotten enough kudos. I've gotten REALLY, REALLY bored with the Maxis hoods lately, and decided to make my own. I wanted to make an old west type of town, and will be submitting many lots over the next few weeks.For now, I have 6 community lots, soon up for downloading! If you

3. Bath House; 1 old bath room preserved, 2 hot tubs, barber, BBQ, pool, chess, poker, darts, photo booth
4. Heidi Hole; converted brothel, 1 old bedroom preserved, restaurant and bar, poker, pool, chess, photo booth, piano, small shootout area, with an unmarked grave
5. Little Spring Chapel; built in anticipation of Bon Voyage's community marriage option, separate bride & groom dressing rooms, altar with flowers, cake, buffet, champagne, works as is, or will be a nice spot to get hitched!
6. Little Spring Simetary; spelled wrong on purpose! Funeral parlor, chess set, easel, fountain... Perfect place to rest!

Ongoing Project - Modern Line Recolours
And so it begins...I've always enjoyed Sandy's (Around the Sims) Modern Line series - both for TS1 and again for TS2. I was even happier when Nanshi_Nibble made some truly lovely recolours of the Modern Line bedroom and since then I have secretly hoped she might continue those recolours to the rest of the rooms in the series. I finally mentioned this desire to Nanshi and we decided it would be a nice project to share, as the sheer volume of objects to recolour is quite vast. So, I've chosen to continue the Moonglow and Ginger recolours and Nanshi has kindly provided me with her textures to ensure a perfect match - thanks, Nanshi! :)
Right, enough babbling - here's the beginning: Moonglow Modern Line study; will publish this week on Thurs., Aug. 16'07.
And since Sandy is always so wonderful about providing different EP compatible versions of her objects, I thought I'd do up seperate sets for these to make it easier on downloaders who might be using a newer EP compatible version as opposed to the base game versions. A study set including the UNI and Pets bookcases and Pets chairs will follow this Fri., Aug. 17'07.
And finally, I haven't decided yet if I'm going to do all the Moonglow recolours first and then start in on the Ginger recolours or do each recolour for each room one after the other. Have a preference? Let me know! :)
Why is the free! Serie named free and it isn't free?
I have gotten many such questions the last weeks - and I have to excuse me. I searched for a name of this set and wanted to name it "Young and Free". But the name was too long and so I named it "free".So - for my excuse: would you accept if I make all the free-sets free for next week?
A 'Touch of Magic' Paintings
A set of 6 (oddish) magic-themed painting for your Simmies. I had fun putting these together and trying some 'aging' techniques from a tutorial for PSP. Maybe someone will be able to use them for decoration. And, when the set is published, in the idividual item photos the chair shown is by Helga86 here at TSR. It is her 'Saga' set. Beautiful colors and design and looks so wizardish! You might want to check her set out to brighten your cottages. Oh woe is me! Sorry to say ... today is my last day of vacation. I return to school tomorrow *hangs head and moans, loudly* ... so my 'creation' time will be less ... but I will squeeze in as much as I can. This photo is the first one I did that shows the 'set'. I decided to use a different one for my upload, but thought I'd post this first layout just for a preview ...
Starting Fires...
How about a traditional English Inglenook fireplace? I'm making two versions: the correct 2-storey version (the upper chimney breast will, of course, pass through upper floor tiles - it's meant to (that's how they are), and a 1-storey version (full room height but won't pass through to the upper floor). Because they don't use the Maxis chimney, no special installation is required.
