I think I have gone overboard...
I have been on TSR for 2 hours now searching through TS3 clothes and hair. I can't seem to get away! There is always something new that I need so I keep coming back for more!
BBye Sims 3 :( Help, please?
So yeah, here I am posting my very first blog on TSR, and it's not a "happy/glee" post :(
Last night, my computer died. And all of my saves, cc, and everything died with it. :(( And the worst part was, I didn't get the chance to back-up my (SIMS3) files. :(( I was hoping that someone would eventually ready my blog, and might be kind enough to help me find the links of some of my favorite cc's.

Anyways, chapter 3 AND chapter 4 of my story are ready to get published. Though I'm still waiting for Chapter 3 to get approved.. :C I'm just going to continue with the next chapters. :D

Getting Started :)
Meep meep - so here it is! my first blog entry!
I'm finally getting down and dirty creating items for the sims 3 and so far so good!
Atm I'm waiting for Sim_man123 finishing up a tutorial on uv mapping in maya :D I'm lucky he took his time to answer my forum posts when noone else did, and I'm forever in his debt - without him I wouldnt have made it this far!
I've already meshed my first real object (not counting the tutorial objects :P) and hopefully you'll see it here soon!

I am 16 and live in Florida and I am starting this Blog to keep you updated on news and gossip sometimes. Heh. Guess my summer has been a bit busier than I expected. At last some of my work that I created forever ago is now slowly being uploaded onto the site. Very slowly, but I am getting there. I have several picture packs to get through and a few houses... and perhaps a pet or two.

Grrrr's, urrrrgh's and headbanging into the table
So I'm not the happiest gal in the world right now because while waiting for my next chapter to be approved, I finished up a few more chapters of "Of Fine Nectar and Secret Agents." But just found out that I'm going to have to COMPLETELY rework the story and scrap everything I've done so far.
But at least I'll be able to redo scenes without the bubble chats, I guess. Re-doing scenes, starting at square one again and going back to the storyboard, and then waiting for it to get approved and everything and getting motived+creatived again is going to take quite some time.
:I I'm looking at 1-1.5 weeks.
But I'm so incredibly upset right now and the worst part is that I can't do anything about it.
Postcard from beautiful Victoria, BC
When I was 21 (and we won't say when that was!) I travelled to British Columbia for the first time. My college roommate was getting married and I was the Maid of Honour. I stayed with her parents in the lovely Oak Bay neighbourhood of Victoria. Although I had been warned by my land-locked Manitoba friends that it ALWAYS rained on Vancouver Island, instead I enjoyed two weeks of blissfully sunny, hot weather and was smitten with the lush, flower-bedecked city and the fresh sea air. I knew then that somehow, someday I would live in BC. As it happens I married one of the groom's men who was from BC so I got my wish!
During that first visit I explored the Provincial Museum, Craigdarroch Castle and the sights of downtown. I toured Butchart Gardens, picked blackberries and swam in the Pacific waters at Willows Beach. But what I didn't know at that time was that, tucked among the trees just around the corner from my friend's home, there stood the oldest continuously inhabited house in BC's capital.
The Tod House was begun in 1850 by John Tod, a retired Hudson's Bay fur trader who went on to become part of the Executive Council for the new Colony of British Columbia. He built the timber frame house in three phases over the next 20 years. After Tod's death in 1882 his daughter and her husband lived here until the 1890's and over the succeeding years the house has had several owners and tenants. In 1975 the house was purchased by the Municipality of Oak Bay and designated as a Heritage Structure. However, the house is not a museum but is rented out as a family home.
In a few days I am going to Victoria to help my 21 year-old daughter move into her first apartment. Like myself at that age she is smitten with island life and I can't wait to show her some of my favourite sights - including Tod House, the next lot in my Historic Canada Series.

Anyways, I'm planning on making some sims which others can download. I think I'm going to associate them with the Chinese Zodiacs and some other animals ^__^ . A cat is cute too! :c .
Why did I get this urgue to do? Well, I've been watching the anime while reading the manga too, called "Fruit Basket" Honestly, I love it. hihi.

The sims 4
So guys I have heard that the sims in the sims 4 will haave feelings. Can't beleive that the sims have come so far to the 4th edition.
I read that the sims 4 producer Lyndsay Pearson said that the developers have focused on crafting more beleivable sims who can perform multiple actions.
In the sims 4 it is also easier to build houses. Cool!

Please re-download updated items
I updated creations and now they are base game compatible. It was problem with TSR Workshop's version which make only creations compatible for TS3 PETS. I'm sorry to have kept you waiting so long. Thank you so much for all your comments and messages. I have over 1 000 000 downloads and it lot means to me.

Blown away in the Arctic wind!
I can't believe how many of you have downloaded my Robert Service Cabin on the very first day! I am really blown away! And so many have made kind comments too! It seems that Service's poems are not completely forgotten and that everyone still enjoys the old-fashioned rhyming tales of misadventure in the Klondike.
I've been working on a Sim of Robert Service today and hopefully he will be available to you in the next few days. He's an Ambitious Bookworm with a Good Sense of Humour who Loves the Cold (unlike Sam McGee!). He's hoping to become an Illustrious Author, so he will want to get moved into his little cabin and start writing his ballads and tales.

I have just submitted my first TS3 lot, The Willows! Yeah!! I want to thank Cherrybooboo for all her help, advice and encouragement. I couldn’t have done it without you, my friend!
Ironically, this lot contains no CC. It was the last lot I built before I discovered TSR and it is about the best I could do with what EA gave us with the basegame. I am looking forward to your comments. I hope you like it, but if you don’t, let me know how I can improve.

a little break
unfortunately, i will be taking a break from making houses for TSR. i am absolutely NOT leaving this website but as college has started back up for the fall semester, i won't always be able to play the sims at my own free will because studies and homework come first!
i want to thank all of my supporters and everyone who have downloaded my creations! i am so glad that there are so many people who enjoy my houses!
i will try my best to squeeze in a house or two here and there throughout the next few weeks but nothing is promised. i will be back, and i am still playing the sims but when i build houses for TSR, it takes days and days and sometimes a week because i want everything to be just perfect for you guys!

Summer 2013
Hi everyone;
Thought I would give everybody a quick update on things. In the last couple months there has been a lot going on including some major flooding in my area. But now I am back up and running and creating a new dining room set, which will feature a couple of different items that I have not attempted before. After that will be my first bedroom set.
I thank everyone for being patient and bearing with me, waiting for a new upload. Hope everyone has a great summer.

In The Land of the Midnight Sun
Summer is passing by and the change is felt most quickly in the North. My armchair has taken me to Dawson City and the cabin of Robert Service, poet of the Klondike. The little log house remains on a small rise as he left it in 1912, sagging slightly with age, its roof covered with moss and surrounded by towering birch trees. The site is a popular tourist destination even though the fragile state of the old cabin means the visitor gets only a glimpse through the window and door to see the humble setting where Service composed his popular ballads and a novel that told the stories of the Sourdoughs, the gold and the cold. I have taken this glimpse of the cabin and crafting a small home fit for an adventurous Sim. 
There are strange things done in the midnight sun
By the men who moil for gold;
The Arctic trails have their secret tales
That would make your blood run cold;
The Northern Lights have seen queer sights,
But the queerest they ever did see
Was that night on the marge of Lake Lebarge

I'm not too good with words so please bare up with me little.
I would like to thank TSR for hosting my creations as a Submitter as well as a Select Artist here for the last 3 years.
I would also thank the amount of people who have actually downloaded my creations, gave feedback and encouraged me to carry on creating during a dark period of my life. Believe me, I would not have carried on otherwise. But life goes on and so must I.
Presently my private life is keeping me extremely busy and leaving me with practically no time to spare and when I do have the time, I am facing other obstacles which keep me away from submitting anything.
So taking all into account, I have decided to take a break from creating but will keep checking in regularly (as I have been doing since last February).
Who knows .... I might be back!

My week is starting of good. Monday I was still free from school. Tuesday, I only had 3 hours. xD
Finally chapter one of Sudden End is released. I will compensate by publishing Chapter two in 2-3 days ^__^ Well, I gotta prepare myself for photo-day! I'm sure I'm gonna look horrible when I have to take the picture.. and when I'm home I look pretty pretyy :[ ! freakin hair !
I'm thinking about submitting "sims" and "lots" Not sure though.. Ah! I've time enough to think about it!

Foundation
Does anyone know where I can download a foundation that's half the size of the normal foundations?
I've had it once but my computer crashed and I lost all of my stuff. Also, I forgot where I got the foundation from. It's almost like or it could be a stilt foundation.
I have just the base game and I much prefer to use a smaller foundation as they seem more prettier.

Argh, I haven't even began with my first story, and so many other stories are already showing up into my mind T___T . I'll just try to go ahead with the nxt chapters of "Sudden End", before I get too caught with other stories. O_O
My Stories!
Thankyou all for the help with the stories, it's been great in chapter 2 of Camp Paradiso Rose and Caleb aged up the rest of the teens did too but sadly I had no party and didn't take photo's so sorry. Just letting you know so in chapter 3 you will know that they just aged up already.
Pushed back to the Sims
My niece, who talked me into creating in the first place has been poking at me for new stuff for the island paradise expansion.
So I've made a few more patterns, loaded the game up to take pictures of them and watched my sim drown because he was too taken by the mermaid which appeared behind him.
Sighed, and restarted the save game, this time gently (or not so gently) guiding him from the diving site before he perished again.
Of course I then looked around the house he was in, muttered about the decor and went off to make some more patterns...
One small set uploaded (I absolutely ADORE the way the wood ones came out, everything just clicked texturely)
Another set half way completed.
Scrapping ATS guys
Soooo. . . .I'm deciding to scrap Against The Sunset completely. Sorry guys, I've just been so busy lately, the creative juices were sucked out of me. . . . Every idea I've had for the story vanished into thin air during my studying, so it's really difficult getting another feel for writing it and finishing it.
Again, reeeeeally sorry guys. I'll make it up to you with a new story though, as soon as I can.
And not to sound blonde or anything, but how does one upload more than twelve pictures without it being rejected by the server?
