Hey Guys i just want my first blog to be about the new expansion thats out in march The Sims 3 University Life im very exited about this it was one of my fave from the sims 2 serise im looking forward for my young adults going of to uni but the best bit is your elders can also go so if they miss school they can keep going back

Hello there fellow simmers...and simmerettes...got a new one for you! Miss CrissyJAY requested (quite possibly) the biggest house I have ever created. LOL! She wanted everything! Well, she got it, and hopefully you will want it too! Here are the stats on this new beauty:

Style: Mediterranean
Lot Size: 64x64
Rooms: 6 (Master, Butler's Room, Guest Room, 3 Kids Rooms)
Baths: 9 (Yeah...I said it! 9!)
Price: $887,551 decorated ($444,643 undecorated. Gack! Can you say "freerealestate"? Also, bills run in the thousands!)
Floors: 3 (2 regular, and 1 basement)
Custom Content: None...as usual.
EPs/SPs/Worlds: WA, Ambitions, Late Night, Outdoor Living, High End Loft, Fast Lane, Generations, Town Life Stuff, Hidden Springs, Master Suite Stuff, Diesel, Showtime, PETS, Sunlit Tides, Riverview, Lucky Palms, and Seasons.

TAKE NOTE: Seasons is NOT necessary for this lot. Crissy did not have that EP, so I created it without using any Season items. The lot WAS tested in Seasons though, and no snow in the house. LOL! This truly is a massive lot! Placing it will take a while before it is done processing. Be patient, it WILL place...it just takes a bit. ;) Get a sandwich, or check the oil in your car while it's loading, then it won't seem so long. ;)

So, The Sims...

I remember when I first played The Sims - I thought it was amazing, it felt like having the ability to live another life, a life that I could do anything with and control everything about it.

I started off on The Sims original game, but I grew out of it as I got older and didn't bother with the Sims 2. My family got an Xbox a few years ago and along with it, The Sims 2. I got right back into the game and was desperate to get the PC version back, as it was my favourite.

While I was out buying expansion backs and "stuff" for The Sims 2, EA were about to release The Sims 3. I thought about getting it, but decided to stick to 2, simply because I already had most of them and I was used to it.

My brother then got into the game - he loves designing and the freedom to design his own house in whatever what he wanted was appealing to him. He bought The Sims 3 with his birthday money and began saving for expansion packs and stuff.

I got even more into the game, and a wish of mine, ever since I was young, was to have the Halliwell Manor from the TV show Charmed. Honestly, I'd love to own the house in real life, but seeing as that will probably never happen, it almost became an obsession to me to have the Manor in The Sims.

I've downloaded house after house trying to find the perfect one, and I finally got it. I'm not even sure why I'm writing all of this - I figure this is the place to admit of my Charmed/Sims obsession!

Project: Primordia

Hello! I want to thank you guys for all your support, so, yeah, I have here a preview of the new mesh that I've been working on for my next upload.

Yup, that's the shadow of the mesh itself, with custom textures. As you can see, I have a thing for very accurate meshes and do not really invest much on textures. That's part of my design philosophy. Now, this plant for my next upload is a part of a series of room sets that I'll be starting soon, after I deal with my priorities...

But, anyway, this series I will refer to as Project Primordia, since it is a series of my first room sets for The Sims 2. Just so you know, I pretty much dislike the feel of The Sims 3 so I  don't intend to create for this version.

So, there, I hope you like this plant. Well, you just have to wait for it. Stay tuned!
