I guess I'm just to old to change to the sims3, I really love the sims2,
I went out the other day to get the sims2 mansion & garden and could not believe you cannot buy it any where anymore. How unreal is that. I need a second disc so I could play it on my table top or my lap top. And low and behold, no where could I get it. I just hope I can make a back up copy to use on my table top. I will let you all know.

I would like it if more people add lots of new Free Hairs!
Most of the time I visit here not much Hairs were on here and mostly clothes it kinda makes me sad. Although I do appreciate what people has been doing!
My only question is how do you make Hairs, Clothes, Objects etc. So that when I learn I could have some up!
In Loving Memory of the Collins Family
Just to warn you guys this might turn into a rant. But wait, let me start at the beginning. A few days ago I was having problems with opening my Launcher so I contacted EA and they told me that I had to uninstall and reinstall Origin. I did. The same message came up. I contacted them again and they said to just uninstall The Sims 3 base game (I put my saved games on the desktop) and reinstall it. I did. The same message came up. Then I got REVO and completely got rid of every trace of TS3 on my computer. I uninstalled my games and then reinstalled them. The same message came up. Then...I had to get rid of my CC which means...which means RIP Collins family! *pauses to collect herself* I'm okay, I'm okay. So now I have all my games installed and no CC. I've promised myself that I'm only going to download 100% safe CC from reliable creators. If anyone has any reccomendations for reliable CC or creators, PLEASE LEAVE ME A COMMENT! I'M DYING WITHOUT CC!!! Thanks :)

Back to Sliders
So I've begun working with sliders again, which may or may not be a good thing depending on how one sees it. Just thought I should list out some pros and cons of using sliders as well as address the issue of my sims looking "too different" compared to the picture of them shown without CC.
Pros of Using Sliders:
- Sims won't have a generic look since there are more things to toggle with. Chances of them looking similar will be significantly reduced. Also for some reason sliders allow sims to look so much more realistic. (:
- Which brings me to the next point, more realistic sims and maybe more celebrity lookalikes. Let's face it, it's nearly impossible to create a celeb lookalike without sliders. They end up looking so different you can't tell it's them unless they have the same name.
- Selfish reason: I feel happier with more stuff to toggle with. Haha. Sorry, it's true. I get so annoyed when my completed sims feel like they're missing something. Maybe the nose wasn't right and no matter how i toggled with the default sliders it wouldn't look right. (True story)
- One more thing to download for those interested in my sims. Sorry you guys.
- It's hard to keep to TSR's 7 external cc limit when you really want to put in perhaps some realistic pores or awesome stubbles from other sims 3 artists around the internet.
- Dumb reason: I forget which slider I used to change the jaw line or jaw height. All the time. And then I end up having to try and get it back to the same look cuz i went and played with the wrong slider.
damn you laptop
damn it, damn laptop..... why the hell did you have to die. Spending 300$ on a new laptop left 2$ in my account, yay to me, I'm broke again. Now i will have to wait to update the sims because the internet is a piece of crap and it would take over 12 hours just to update it. nm, I will just stick to playing the sims with no updates, and none of my mods will work on it either, talk about crappy luckTHANKS YOU GUYSSS!!
