Mansion - Sims 3

I am a little slow releasing a home for your Sims this week, but you are going to LOVE this one. It is a huge stone mansion with 2 wings. A round entry made of both brick and stone has a large fountain in the center. 2-stories, 3-bedroom suites, 3.5 bath, captain's walk, gazebo surrounded by pool, hot tub, fountain, 2-stall garage, large eat-in kitchen, formal dining, 4 fireplaces, grand entry are just a few of the special features your Sims will enjoy. I just need to make the pictures and load it up here on TSR.

NOTE: Sims 2 Fans SET error

Please download the current items one at a time. The SET option doesn't seem to be working right now. TSR is working on the issue and they are VERY good at their job, so I think the download for SETs should be up and running soon. I have new wall/floor and ground sets ready to upload as soon as the option is available. :) 

My Computer is Broken

My computer broke on me before Christmas. It sparked and died. Need  repair and more than likely upgrading :(

hoping i will be able to do that ASAP.Till then I will not be able to create anything .Sorry

3 Th. house is now up for download.

Commelina Townhouse  my 3 Th. house  of little townhouses is now up for download. The  last of the 4 Cineraria  will be up in 2 days . I'm happy  with the houses they are alike in style but so individual unique in my opinion. they look so nice placed side by side in a world they are all playtested and works great with around 4-5 sims in each.

I am curently working on 2 more houses. (sister houses ) one storie houses with some really nice  floorplan and garden. The lot is a little bigger 25x25 they will come unfurnished as well. like a new house ready to move into .

Eurovision Song Contest 2012

Eurovision Song Contest 2012 is coming up soon! No matter how terrible the contributions sometimes are, I still watch it! Very enjoyable :D :D

I think it is too bad that it is not "cool" enough to sing in your own language though  :-/   The songs are so SO much better in the original language than the bad "english version". Portugese for example, such a beautiful language.  *_*  Portugal  have lost so many times with GREAT songs, just because they sang in portugese...

One of my all-time favorites are Moldavias 2005 contribution, when Zdob şi Zdub made an awesome performance of the song "Boonika Bate Toba" with an old lady in a rocking-chair on stage. Awesome it was =D

Half a Million!!!

Yay, I've reached a milestone.  Well, a milestone for me :-)

Just reached half a million downloads!!!  Woo hoo!!

So am starting to play Sims again after abit of a break, so hopefully i'll be making some more things to upload to the site

Lot building is what I love to do!!

I want to let anyone with a lot idea know that I am open to suggestions if you want a lot built or a dedication Lot or you want to send me a picture of a house you want me to build by all means please let me know I am open to some new Ideas. I have not been putting lots out as fast as I would like to, but I am no longer at home all day like I used to be I'm working full time and that takes up a lot of my day. I try to work on new lots on the weekend, I have 2 that I am working on now but after that I am up for building a specialty lot for any one in my TSR family!! Waiting to be in the TSR spot light so you all can get to know more about me ...Love you all ...Now go Sim!!!
