Base game only. The eyeliner can be found under the Makeup - Eyeliner category.

Pro tip: I recommend using this file with TresBeau's Sophia skin as this texture was designed to be compatible with it, but you can also use it on other alpha skins. Depending on eye and brow shape this file will look differently. Eyeliner is fully compatible with EA sliders except the black wing part for the hue option. It was also designed to compliment Blaire Eyeshadow (link to download it is included in the "Recommended" tab).

The game must be patched up to the latest version!
