This resort has a lobby, small gym, wedding chapel, and resort towers aboveground. There is a dance club/lounge/bar in the first basement (aquarium) and a restaurant in the second basement.

The lot has minimal CC. I used a few patterns that were downloaded. (Originally built on The Flats, Fire Island)
