You thought it was not possible.... To live in the Hamptons. Well, for most of us is will remain a dream, but... I created a Hamptons Style lot for the well-to-do-but-not-too-rich sims. The Hamptons in Bridgeport. Fully upgraded appliances like stove, showers, sinks, computers. I love the 5-Star Chef fridge, so you get it with the house. If you place it on a bigger lot, you can extend the gardens. But it will do great on a 30x30 plot :)

I have all EP's and SP's except Katie Perry. Fully patched.
I replaced the Humble Hedge that came with Roaring Heights. I love the texture of it, but when not installed it is replaced with a not so great base game fence... so go get it at the Store if you want the nice look and replace some base game hedges.
