This lot was created in Twinbrooks, at the address 1252 Riverside Road. While it can be placed anywhere, I wanted to give it a more industrial feel, so works best in a commercial rather than residential area.

All EPs and Stuff Packs except for Sweet Treats, 70s/80s and University. To place the lot at the suggested location, remove the community lot in its place, change lot to residential then place. I have included a run-down, unused rail way track to add to the effect - this lot has no garden either as it is meant to have a grungy look. Feel free to customise as you like though! :)
