This is one of my creations started from scratch, sorry if its not great but its all i could think of. It has 4 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and a baby/toddlers room with two cribs) A living room, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bath), a study, large kitchen with table. Outside has a bbq and picnic bench, a medium size pool, a kids climing frame, and a car to make your sim look rich. Im sorry but i have forgot to do the wall paper on the downstairs. Happy siming :-)
