Do you have a large family but can't afford to buy a big property ? Then this villa is for you. I moved in 7 sims and 2 dogs while building this house. Because it's located on a 30x30 lot, this villa is quite easy to manage. It has 5 bedrooms ( 3 doubles ( 2 en-suite) and 2 twins). I hope you like it.

I mainly used furnitures from Late Night, Pets, Outdoor Living and Generations. You can still use this house even if you do not have all the expansions or stuff packs listed. Your game will simply replace those items you don't have with base game items. It might look funny, but you can always redecorate.
