A wonderful home for a Sim family who loves a more natural style
with lots of wood and bright colours. Built according to the latest ecological
standards you Sim will live in a that will please his family as well as
the environment. On the first floor you have a kitchen area and an open
living room with a cozy but modern fireplace. A laundry room and a guest
bathroom are also available. The stairs lead to an open and bright corridor
on the second floor. Here are the master bedroom, a kids room with a bunk bed
for two and a crib for a baby or toddler. Two bathrooms complete this area.
The house was built on a 30x20 lot and has just a small garden around.
If you need more space or if you want to add a pool or something else
you can also place it on a bigger lot.

I love the design and the decor! I really like the way the small windows in the front of the house offer privacy while the large windows in the back open up to the outdoors. Very well done!!! \:rah\:
