Created for: The Sims 3

Once again I was inspired by one of TSR artists, Francien! She had made some lovely pictures of beach themes so I just had to do a beach lot. This serene and tranquil lot comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Lower level walkout includes kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and small tv area. Beach level is the main family room with 1/2 bathroom and upper level is the master suite. Swimming pool can be accessed by walkout level or beach level. Plenty of vistas to be had here. This lot requires World Adventures and best to place at Recurve Strand in Sunset Valley. Enjoy!
