Remington Sands is a four story residence, situated at 1 Remington Point.
This placement allows for uninterupted 360 degree views, and guaranteed privacy. Perfect for the reclusive Sim, but also for that large, possibly noisy, extended family.

Ground floor:-
Huge pool, plenty of outdoor seatng, shade umbrellas and a barbeque. There is also a large fountain feature.
Manicured lawns, paved pathways and colorful garden complete the exterior.
Inside there is a family sized kitchen and dining room. The Master Bedroom with Master Bathroom.
A second bathroom, laundry, and cosy living room, with fireplace and wall television, complete this level.

First Floor:-
Here there is a spacious single bedroom with two double bunks and includes, fish tank, wall television, plenty of seating. Two double bedrooms, one with it's own bathroom.
A large office with three desks, draughtsmans room, fourth bathroom, and a games area, including a pool table and video game machines complete this floor.
Second Floor:-
Here you will find a well stocked library, artists studio with easels, sculpting table and pottery wheel. There is also a fifth bathroom, and two small balconies are accessible from this floor.

Third floor:-
Here you will find a fully equipped gym and access to a wrap around deck area.
Access to all floors via circular stairways.

My game is fully patched. I have all expansion packs and stuff packs installed up to Showtime. The TSR Rigfix patch has been run on my game and supporting CC folders.
