Sands End is a small beach lot or fisherman's hut if you'd prefer. It oozes romance, even with the howling wind blowing from the ocean. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living and kitchen situated around an old stone fireplace, it is a great starter house, or for your single sim who likes the solitude. It can be a love nest, or just what it is: A fisherman's hut. Pets are welcome!

WHERE DOES IT GO?
The lot was built on a 30x30 lot I placed from the world editor on the beach in Moonlight Falls. I guess it will go anywhere on a beach. I have all EP's and SP's installed (except Katy Perry).
WHY SANDS END?
Thanks to the simmers at Simmingfriends on FB, I found this name. I have to say: I used a couple of great idea's, but wanted to keep it simple in the end, as it is a simple lot.
