Sapphire is a 3storey, 3bedroom, 4bathroom residence of white, textured brick construction, with a completely self-contained grannyflat 'hidden' in the third level. It occupies the prime ocean view lot at 500 Sunnyside Boulevarde.
At ground level, Sapphire contains one large open plan room and a bathroom/laundry. Within the open plan area is the entry, the main living room, a sitting-room, the kitchen/dining and a TV lounge. A door in the kitchen opens directly onto the outdoor entertaining space; this is equipped with barbeque, meals seating and a brazier for those chillier times - day or night.
The second floor has two double bedrooms - one being the master suite - the second bathroom and a gym. Doors at either end of the landing, open to balconies. The one at the front of the house is small with a pair of 2seater settees; the rear terrace is larger, has a sunbed and meal seating and there is access to the main deck via a set of stairs.
The upper level of the house appears to be nothing more than a decorative block fixture. However, looks are deceiving in this case, as there is a fully self-contained apartment within the double wall of the 'block'. It has internal access via a circular stair on the landing below, but it also has a private, gated entry from the rear of the pool deck - making the flat suitable for extended family use, for rental, as a guest retreat for friends or colleagues or it could be designated as the master suite and the existing one used as a guestroom.
Additional amenities such as a gate on the entry porch, a large, sunken swimming pool and a 4-person hot tub/spa add to the appeal of Sapphire.

Sapphire is base game compatible, but you need to have a fully patched game for all aspects to appear as you see here. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed. Such instances will not affect installation and play for Sapphire.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Island Paradise] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix [for Pets] on all files in this build.
