Created for: The Sims 3

This simple starter home is ideal for the new couple just starting out. One bedroom, one bathroom and open plan lounge/kitchen area. Partly decorated inside and out (although you will probably want to decorate a bit more if you have a bit more - the budget was tight to get it under 16500!) There is a stream running through the property out back and a little tea table set up under the tree. I have used quite a few TSRAA items so thanks to all the amazing artists here on TSR who are willing to share their products with us.
