It has:
Interior: 2 hallways, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Exterior: A stairway to the house, a pool, a lovely garden surrounded by a flat platform.
My very first creation here.

It'd be best to place the lot in Bridgeport as a replacement of the resort (I forgot the name) which is situated in the farthest corner of that world.
All screenshots are moderately edited and most of my game settings are set on a high level.
I tried my best to suppress the size of the lot, but somehow I could not manage it to be under 50 MB.
