Created for: The Sims 4

A commercial building that can be used as a store or bar.
1st floor - a trading room or a bar room: there is a cash register, shop windows, tables, a refrigerator, a bar counter. There are also tables on the street and on the terrace. The entrance to the toilet for visitors is from the street.
2nd floor - a small living room for the owner - there is a bathroom, a bedroom and a kitchen combined with a living room. Can be used as lounges for staff. The staircase to the second floor is external. Remember to lock the door from casual visitors.
Basement - storage room. The staircase is internal. There is a small toilet for staff.

The building was built without codes (but Alt + mouse was used in some places), so you can easily change the interior and add the recommended content.

The availability of all rooms is checked in the game.
I have all the extensions installed. You can see used in the lot in one of the photos.
The price without furniture is approximately 23.2 thousand.
