Another 30 x 20 suburban, cabin-esque approach to a tiny house resident tier 1 (micro home) also with touches of advanced high-tech incorporated into construction. Recommended placement: Bargain Bend lot in WIllow Creek, because the exterior and landscaping matches the surrounding foliage of that lot.

Downstair has a living area, a fridge, stove and sink, as well as a toilet and a shower. Upstairs has a bedroom/personal living area to hang around, as well as a television for your sim to entertain themselves. Terrain paint pavement and world-matching canopy surrounding the lot laced with custom-placed EA rocks, as well as an outdoor dining table. Plenty of soil to plant harvestables and live entirely off the grid, with dew gatherers, solar pannels and wind turbines to gather clean energy and reduce bill.
Perfect for a self-sufficient sim who wishes to bring more green into the world.

Currently no toddler/pet furniture (bed, feeding chair, litter box, etc) placed yet, although downstairs can be renovated and fit personal use if necessary.
