A modern build on a 40x30 lot. Recommended placement:The Summer Home lot in WIndenburg, because the exterior and landscaping matches the surrounding world of that lot.

Downstair has a spacious living area, an semi-open kitchen and a dining area, a laundry area and a guest bathroom, along with a bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs has a common entertainment area, a separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two bedrooms (one for two children/teens and one master) sharing an ensuite bathroom. Terrain paint pavement surrounding the lot, as well as a few outdoor living/seating areas - including a pool and some lounge for sunbathing.
Perfect for family of 3 couples and 2 children/teens.

Currently no toddler/pet furniture (bed, feeding chair, litter box, etc) placed yet, although plenty of spacious open area hallway to renovate and fit personal use if necessary. Teen's badroom upstairs can always be renovated (replace teen's bed with toddler bed) if needed.
