Three story apartment for your Sims town. Eleven apartments ranging from studios to two bedroom penthouses upstairs. Some are decorated others left as empty apartment would normally be; kitchen and bathrooms with no furnishings. Small gym, lounge area also. Lower floor has a rental office. Outside has parking lot (lol) pool, hot tub, playground and garden area for residents. Enjoy!!
