The Spice Center is a conversion of a karaoke bar that was a conversion from a cannery. Relax. We've duly purged all traces of fish stench and pathetic discord. What remains is a wonderful harmony of art and science laced with the robust aroma of coffee, baked goods, and perfumed perspiration. Both loft apartments have a two-story floor plan with space for work activity as well as peaceful relaxation. The science unit features a minimalist(ish) decor with an in-unit workshop, while the art loft is a cacophony of color mixed with neutral tones and a stunning gallery perfect for exhibiting and selling your artistic creations. Ready for immediate occupancy!
