The Mendenhall, a blueprint found on homeplans.com. Inside, the spacious living room anchors the floor plan. The efficient kitchen easily serves both the bayed breakfast nook and the elegant dining room. To the left of the kitchen is a laundry room and storage space. The secluded master suite is a quiet haven after a long day. The posh bath shows off a spa tub, a separate shower, dual vanities and a private toilet. Two walk-in closets give you plenty of room for two wardrobes. Across the home, three secondary bedrooms share a full hall bath.
Although decorated throughout, I realized I forgot to include a toddler high chair in the kitchen.
