Amazing house for a starter. Quite boho, natural, simple, but mostly cozy. The Sims 3 house now in The Sims 4, a bit renovated. It was my first house in TS3 and I still love it, the vibe, ya know. It's a small, but can be expanded if needed. This home could be for 1 sim, two if needed. I have in plan to do more houses from Sunset Valley. My first build published, hope you like it!
