This is an eyelid mask, it is compatible with every skin-tone including custom skin-tones as long as they don't fall under the mouth crease skin detail category. There are eight swatches total, four with, and four without eye-bags. The pose in the last photo is part of a pose pack available on my Tumblr page linked below(Eyelid swatches one and three are the ones shown).
