I don't believe this mod is still working with the most recent patches. I still get the Welcome Wagon now with new save files.

Tried a new save today and it doesnt appear to be working. the popup for the welcome wagon comes up but with no text in the box and the timer doesnt count down

I don't know if it works with the new update, (01-17-23), I hope it still works! It will be that in real life it never happens to have someone who comes to welcome you in a new neighborhood... and it's quite boring... I'll try to download it anyway.
