We worked for a good while on this project until we finally have our own mirrored floors.
It is a 2x2 rug, with seamless textures and they reflect a very shiny polished floor.
Although they are under floors here, they act like rugs and can be found under Buy mode catalogue - decor - rugs

There are 3 versions:
Ceramic Tiles 1
Ceramic Tiles 2
Wood

Hope you and your sims enjoy it and that they don't slip too much.
