Base game only. The eyeshadow can be found under the Makeup - Eyeshadow category.
Pro tip: Swatches are matched up to cater most of CC skin tones. This texture might not show up on the darkest skin colours.
For dark skin tones I recommend using last 2 swatches, for medium the middle 2 and for light ones first two recolours. All recolours are working fine with EA sliders. :)
