This is a small home with a Caribbean theme using items from the latest update for Sims 4. I also recently purchased Cats and Dogs, so used a lot of items from that pack as well. There is a Living room, Kitchen, Dining, 1 Master, 1 Double kids room, 2 Baths, an Art Studio, and a Children's Playhouse. The house is also set up for a cat. My family of five, including the kitty enjoy living here and we hope your Sims will too.
Built on the Tail's End lot in Brindleton Bay.
