The apartments are setup as studios and each contain a small kitchenette. One studio has two beds. So you can comfortably fit 7 sims on this lot. There is also a laundry center and fitness room and public showers. I made sure to include several common areas for your sims to mingle and relax with each other when they get tired of studying.
