Well (I'm assuming you didn't do this already) first you go to the menu (you know, the one that you exit out of) and you click the button that looks like a computer screen. On that menu you change textures to high, sim detail to high, and anything else to high. Usually I put lighting at high or medium and reflections off sometimes makes the pics clearer. Also if you have a ton of CC it makes it not as clear as it could be, but still better than the Maxis default settings. If you still need help, just let me know. It also could be that camera settings- although you had already mentioned you changed those. Make sure the size is large, the quality is high, and you can even change your video capture to a lower setting when taking pics. I hope I didn't confuse you too much- I don't even think I undersant what I just said. If you still need help, I'll try to explain it a little better. $\:\)$
